We then utilize this information and knowledge throughout the course of handling your case, as well as passing it on to our clients.

Guiding our firm is  attorney Michael Bailey. He has over 16 years of experience handling a range of family law related issues. Mr. Bailey approaches cases with the compassion necessary to understand our clients’ goals. He is focused on finding solutions for his clients and pursues each case as efficiently and effectively as possible instead of ramping up a case for fees or self-promotion, as some lawyers do. In addition to his skills and experience, Michael is highly respected by other area attorneys.

Our firm provides clients with reasonably priced and cost-effective representation. For our services, we charge a flat fee of $250 per hour.  At the beginning of a case, we ask clients for a retainer of usually $5000 which is placed into a trust fund account. The rules for establishing this IOLTA account are set by the California Bar Association and regulated through that organization. We then draw upon these funds throughout the course of handling your case. If the account is depleted, we work with clients to see that they are able to replenish the account and allow us to continue our work on the case.
